  • Longevity Fitness is like the Fountain of Youth for Healthy Dogs.

It blends Strength Conditioning, Mental Endurance Exercises, and even Canine Massage Therapy to help your dog stay fit at every stage of life.

Send us a Health Survey to get started, along with a message about your favorite activities to do together.

For the Dog Sport Athletes, share the sports they love!

  • Tracking a dog’s movement health is vital at every age, but when we are doing it with a dog that is 8 years or older, we are able to avoid pain and suffering that can shorten the amount of time we get with them.

Sometimes it’s as simple as Maintenance Massage Routines.

For others it’s all about giving them a fitness plan that keeps their mind a body healthy.

If you’re Senior Dog’s Human, I’d love to help you give them the gift of vitality and relief.

To get started, send over a health survey and keep an eye on your email!

  • When it comes to puppies there are a lot of mixed opinions out there.

    Here’s the lab’s:

Teaching them that human hands can be more than chew toys isn’t always easy, but it is helpful.

Teaching them that human hands can help them heal and feel better, plus improve growth and development is a puppy parent game changer.

To get started, send a health survey, along with any personal goes you have for your puppy as they age.

Virtual Consultations

Virtual Consultations start with a Canine Heath Survey. This allows us to start tracking your dog’s health and well being the day you send that submit button!

After you send the survey over, I will be sending you a follow up email to pick a day and time works for both us.

Your Consultation will include a virtual Canine Mobility Screen and how to use two simple and safe Dog Massage Therapy Techniques: Passive Touch & Effleurage, to improve your dog’s Quality of Life and Healthspan.

At the end of the consultation, we will review what we learned and have a Q&A session.

In-Home Sessions

Like the Virtual Consultation, our first session together will come with a Canine Health Survey.

After you send the survey over, I will be sending you a follow up email to pick a day and time works for both us.

Initial Sessions have 3 parts:

  1. Introduction: Together we will go over how your dog is feeling that day and make sure that they are comfortable with meeting someone new before getting started.

  2. Movement Health Assessment: We will conduct a CMS and our first Palpation! This part of the session is when we get to discover how our dog’s like to move, potential pain points, and relief zones.

  3. Review: At the end we will review our findings, create a Movement Health Plan, and plan any follow-up sessions based on our findings.
